How To Pay

- How do I make a payment?

You can make a payment by:
- Online
- Logging in by entering your surname, postcode and Customer Number. You'll then be able to make a payment on our secure site using your debit/credit card.
- Text
- If you've previously made a debit/credit card payment towards your plan, simply text PAY followed by your Customer Number along with the amount you wish to pay (eg: to pay £5.60, text PAY 123456789 5.60) to 64488. We'll never ask you to text your full debit/credit card number or details. All texts will be charged at your standard text message cost set by your mobile phone service provider.

- You can make your payments at any local PayPoint outlet. Visit www.paypoint.co.uk/locator to find your nearest PayPoint outlet or call 0300 790 6137.
- Phone Us
- Call us on 0300 555 0286 to pay by debit/credit card. You can either talk to an agent or pay by our 24 hour automated enquiry service.
- What happens if I'm on holiday and can't make a payment?

You can pay while you're away by:
- Online
