What information can you text me?

If you text INFO followed by your Customer Number (eg: INFO 123456789) to 64488 we'll send you the following (all texts will be charged at your standard text message cost set by your mobile phone service provider):

  • TV Licence expiry date.
  • Date and amount of last payment received.
  • Balance.

We can also send you free text messages to help you keep up to date with your payments. Just call us on 0300 555 0286 to opt in.

If you are already receiving text messages and would like to Opt out of this service then please call 0300 555 0286 and we will remove your details from this service.

Can I pay by text?

Yes. If you've previously made a debit/credit card payment towards your plan, simply text PAY followed by your Customer Number along with the amount you wish to pay (eg: to pay £5.60, text PAY 123456789 5.60) to 64488. We'll never ask you to text your full debit/credit card number or details. All texts will be charged at your standard text message cost set by your mobile phone service provider.

  • View your payment history
  • Request a call back from one of our agents
