How do I make a payment?

You can make a payment by:

Online
Logging in by entering your surname, postcode and Customer Number. You'll then be able to make a payment on our secure site using your debit/credit card.
Text
If you've previously made a debit/credit card payment towards your plan, simply text PAY followed by your Customer Number along with the amount you wish to pay (eg: to pay £5.60, text PAY 123456789 5.60) to 64488. We'll never ask you to text your full debit/credit card number or details. All texts will be charged at your standard text message cost set by your mobile phone service provider.
Post Office
You can make your payments at any local Post Office.
Phone Us
Call us on 0300 555 0286 to pay by debit/credit card. You can either talk to an agent or pay by our 24 hour automated enquiry service.
What happens if I'm on holiday and can't make a payment?

You can pay while you're away by:

Online

Post Office
If you're staying on the Islands, you can still make your payments at any local Post Office.

If you're in the UK, call us on 0300 555 0286. If you're abroad, you can call us on 0044 300 555 0286. Calls from overseas may cost more.
